SI Research Hub

Privacy policy
SI Research Hub and its phone app · Last updated: 29 October 2026
SI Research Hub is a Lumkaro platform operated by Bunny Directories LLC. This policy covers hub.lumkaro.com, its platforms (Daleeli, Dawrati, Maharati, Khubarati, UGC, Tech News) and the SI Research Hub app for iPhone and Android.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone number and password (stored hashed; we cannot read it).
- Learning: courses you enrol in, lessons you complete and your certificates.
- Requests and messages: what you write when you request a service or video, apply for an opportunity or contact us, with the contact details you enter.
- Technical data: basic server logs (such as IP address and request time) used to protect the service from abuse.
The app shows no ads, does not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.
How we use it
To run your account and courses, answer your requests and messages, send messages about your account or courses, and protect the platforms from abuse.
Who processes it for us
The platforms and their databases are hosted on Railway, images and videos are stored with Cloudflare, email is sent through Resend, and our team receives alerts through Meta's WhatsApp Business. They process data only to provide their services to us.
On your device
The app keeps your sign-in and the contact details you typed in your device's secure storage (Keychain on iPhone, Keystore on Android), so you don't retype them.
Notifications
Notifications stay off until you agree to them. If you turn them on, we keep your phone's notification token, the app's language, the kinds of notifications you chose, and your account email if you're signed in (so updates on your requests reach only your phones). We send notifications through Expo, and Apple (on iPhone) and Google through Firebase (on Android) deliver them. Offers only reach you if you turn them on yourself; you can change your choices in My account → Notifications or turn them off in your phone's settings. When you delete your account, your email is detached from your phone; when you delete the app, the token is deleted automatically.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account in the app: My account → Delete account. Your account, sessions, enrolments and progress are deleted immediately. Where needed for accounting or certificate verification, sales records and issued certificates are kept without being linked to your account. For any other request about your data, email [email protected].
Children
The platforms are meant for students, researchers and professionals, and are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its update date.
